At White Cross E-Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
